1Processing and Handling
We do our best to process most orders within 1-2 days, but all orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2Shipping Rates and Estimates
We provide complimentary standard international shipping for all orders sourced from our suppliers to various countries and regions, including the United States, Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and other global destinations. Shipping duration typically spans between 1 to 3 weeks, although potential import and customs delays to specific locations may prolong shipping times beyond this timeframe. Please note that your order might be subject to import duties and taxes, such as VAT, upon arrival in your destination country. These charges, if applied, are the responsibility of the customer, and tarbco bears no liability for them.
3How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order at any time on our Order Tracking page.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@tarbco.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
4Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
