Shipping
1What are the shipping options?
tarbco offers FREE standard international shipping on all orders from our suppliers to the following countries and regions :
the United States, Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and others worldwide
Shipping typically takes between 1 and 3 weeks .

3How long does shipping take?
Depending on your location, your order will arrive 1 to 3 weeks after it's been shipped. Due to COVID-19, some countries we ship to have been experiencing longer customs clearance times. Unfortunately, tarbco cannot expedite this process, so we appreciate your patience. You can track your order any time on our Order Tracking page. See our Shipping Policy for more details.
4Is expedited shipping available?
If you're interested in expedited shipping for certain products, feel free to reach out to us for details on pricing and availability to your destination.
My Order
1When will I receive my order?
You should receive your order between 1 and 3 weeks after you receive a shipping confirmation email from us. If your order has taken longer than 4 weeks to arrive, you can track it on our Order Tracking page. Due to COVID-19, customs clearance has been taking longer than usual for certain countries we ship to. If your order shows as In Transit, it is still on its way and is not lost.
2Can I make changes to my order?
We promptly process and pack orders upon receipt, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance. While we strive to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee changes to orders once they are placed. If your order has already been processed, you can initiate a return for a refund upon delivery.
3What if I received a damaged or defective item?
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by receiving a defective item. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal
to request a refund or replacement, and we'll promptly address the issue to your satisfaction.
Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations
1What is your return policy?
Our return policy allows for returns within 15 days after receiving your item. To qualify, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 4How do I cancel an order?
You have the option to cancel an order directly from your Order Confirmation Page within 1 hour of placing it.
To cancel, simply click on the "View Order Status" link provided in the order confirmation email we sent you, then select "Cancel" under Order Actions.
Please note that due to our fast order processing, we cannot guarantee cancellations after the 1-hour window. If your order has already been processed, you can initiate a return for a refund once it arrives.

2Who is the owner of tarbco company?
The owner of tarbco company is Abdulaziz Alatrbi . He earned his Master's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Texas. He began his career at Tata Consultancy Services before relocating to Silicon Valley, California, in 2006, where he worked with various companies in the Hi-Tech industry. Following this, he founded a software company specializing in server-side technologies in Dubai. Eventually, he moved to Spokane, United States of America.
