Our return policy allows for returns within 15 days after receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

You'll also need to provide proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please request one through our Returns & Exchanges Portal. Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

You can easily request an exchange through our Returns & Exchanges Portal. Once initiated, we'll guide you through the process of returning your original item to us. Concurrently, we'll process a separate order for your desired replacement item.

In addition, if the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you retain the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, regardless of reason and without providing justification. Similar to the prior conditions, your item must remain in its original condition upon receipt, unworn or unused, complete with tags, and in its original packaging. Furthermore, you'll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase to facilitate the return process.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
